Rear View
For Rear view, stand so you are directly in line with a stick on the ground which is between the ball and feet as shown in the picture.
For both angles. Holding the camera approximately chest height, take a 3 or 5 second video.
Front View
For Front view, stand so you are directly in line with a stick on the ground between your feet as shown in the picture.
For both angles. Holding the camera approximately chest height, take a 3 or 5 second video.
