My 2nd Workout Program (Gary Roberts Training)
I’m on to the 2nd workout program from the Gary Roberts team. One of the exercises is pushups using a hockey slide board which is slippery, and my hands are on a material that is also slippery. Making for a very unstable situation, to challenge many parts of the body all at once. The idea is to do 6 or 8 reps going down very slow for 3 count, rest for 1 then back up.
